Scholarship Application

Ocean County Sports Medicine and Joseph Tauro would like to show their appreciation to the local community and encourage further education by offering a $500 scholarship to one lucky student who is going to college in 2023. If you are going to college in 2023 and looking to ease some of the financial burdens please fill out the form below to submit your entry. One lucky winner will be picked in June of 2023.
